Pink Duck

Why Pink Duck exists

Travel has changed.

Today, it’s no longer about going further or seeing more—it’s about experiencing something that feels personal, considered, and entirely your own.

But as expectations have evolved, truly personalised and seamless travel has become harder to find. What was once intuitive is now often over-structured, over-designed, and impersonal.

Pink Duck began as a response to this shift.

Inspired by something rare—almost impossible to come across—we set out to create journeys that feel just as considered and hard to replicate. Not defined by destinations, but by how they are experienced.

At its core, Pink Duck is about bringing travel back to what it should be: thoughtful, personal, and shaped around you.

Because the most meaningful journeys are rarely the most obvious ones.

How We Think

Travel, considered

Every journey begins with understanding—of you, your pace, and what you truly want to experience.

Detail defines experience

It’s the smallest, often unseen decisions that shape how a journey feels from beginning to end.

Personal over packaged

No templates, no fixed routes—each journey is built entirely around you.

Access over availability

What matters isn’t what’s available, but what’s possible through the right connections.

One obsession.

The Team

Anupa is the founder of Origami Consultants, a small, specialized strategic consulting company with a strong hospitality vertical, working closely with owners and investors in the luxury leisure segment in South Asia and Africa.

She started her consulting career with McKinsey & Co in 1993 and then moved on to do advisory and entry strategy work for companies such as AIG and Capital One before setting up Origami Consultants in 2001. She continues to serve on a number of boards.

Her strong passion for travel and hospitality led her to co-found Pink Duck to provide high-touch luxury and experiential travel services.

Anupa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), has a strong academic interest in Indian art history, is an avid follower of wildlife and outdoor sports, and is a competitive tennis player.

Nandana Sule Mariwala started her career in the field of travel 30 years ago. Even as a young girl, her avid interest in books fired her interest in the cultures, traditions, and architecture of places all over the world. Today, she has successfully managed to combine her interest in these with her love for travel to create a very boutique, and well-managed travel organisation. She insists on extensive research and planning before she works on any enquiry, and has trained her staff to do the same.
Cyrus leads all international travel operations at Pink Duck. With nearly four decades of industry experience, he has built deep international networks and a strong reputation for strategic leadership. He takes great pride in the operational excellence and high standards maintained by his team.

Radhika brings over two decades of experience in the travel industry, with a strong foundation across both sales and operations. Her strong understanding of destinations, combined with a keen sense of client expectations, enables her to craft thoughtfully curated and seamlessly executed journeys.

Passionate about travel and cultural discovery, she finds inspiration in creating experiences that go beyond the ordinary—offering personalised experiences and services that allow travellers to connect more meaningfully with the places they visit.
